Program Description

The HSF/ Mary Molina program is a scholarship program for the 2013-2014 academic year open to employees or dependents of Molina Healthcare.  

Awards available at $2,500 each for eligible students enrolled as undergraduates, community college or Graduate students during the 2013-2014 academic year.

Eligibility Requirements

• All heritages/ethnicities are eligible
• All majors eligible 
• Be a U.S. Citizen, legal permanent resident or eligible non-U.S. Citizen
• Have a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.50 on a 4.00 scale
• Must enter Coupon Code provided by Molina Healthcare for this program
• Must be an employee or dependent of a Molina Healthcare employee (to be verified by Molina Healthcare). Dependents include spouses, children, step-children and grandchildren.
• Be in 2013-2014
  • an undergraduate student (freshman, sophomore, junior, senior, or 5th year senior) with plans to enter full-time in a degree seeking program at a four-year U.S. Accredited institution
  • OR a community college (two-year) student with plans to enter full-time in a degree seeking program at a U.S. Accredited institution
  • Or a Masters or Doctorate student with plans to enter full-time in a degree seeking program at a U.S. Accredited institution
• Must apply for federal financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) in 2013
