Arthur is a Data Scientist for the Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF). A native of Los Angeles, Arthur earned his B.S. in Math/Economics in 2009 and a M.S. in Statistics in 2013, both at the University of California, Los Angeles. Outfitted with skills in analytics and a myriad of programming languages, Arthur excels in finding the hidden stories that often hide in large quantities of data. His function as a Data Scientist consists of leveraging public and private data to help guide HSF initiatives. In addition to understanding the trends in engagement and the reach of HSF, Arthur's interests include computer automation, preparing intricate meals for family and friends, and taking in the great outdoors.
