Erika Ocegueda is the Human Resources Manager for Hispanic Scholarship Fund. Erika is responsible for originating and leading Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high performance culture; which emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Prior to joining the HSF team, Erika worked in the gaming and hospitality industry where she gained extensive experience in Human Resources Management. Erika earned her degree in Liberal Studies with Concentration in Business Administration and Minor in Economics from the University of California, Riverside. Joining the HSF team has been an amazing opportunity because it has allowed her to fulfill her dream being part of an organization that emphasizes in giving back to Latino students and facilitate their path to higher education.
