My favorite part of working at HSF is guiding scholars to reach their academic goals in higher education. My motivation is to assist scholars in becoming successful professionals within their communities.  Knowing that I am helping scholars continue with their education and making some type of difference in their life only reiterates the reason why I enjoy working in the field of education. I believe all students should have the opportunity to have a quality education and follow their dreams no matter their background, sex, religion, and social economic status.
