Isaac Cervantes recently joined HSF and serves as the Alumni and Mentor Services coordinator. Here at HSF, Isaac overseas the Mentor Match program, while assisting with alumni engagement.
He has joined us after finishing up his Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Chicano Latino-American Studies from Fresno State. His background experience is in academic advising and served two California State Universities: Fresno State’s University Outreach Services and California State University Long Beach’s University Outreach and School Relations. While at Fresno State, he partook in many student organizations that addressed: educational services to underrepresented communities, high school retention amongst Latino and African-American students, and educational transparency for monolingual students and parents.
