Jesse Molina is a native of Los Angeles, who grew up in Montebello. After attending Montebello High School, he graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. While at UC Berkeley, he was a three-time HSF scholarship recipient. In 2000, he received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. While at UCLA School of Law, Mr. Molina was actively involved in La Raza Law Students Association, and served as Co-Chair of Recruitment in 1999-2000.
Mr. Molina is a partner at Hill, Farrer & Burrill LLP, and has practiced at this firm since he was admitted to the California Bar in 2000. He practices in various areas of law including business/commercial, civil, real estate, and employment. Mr. Molina has extensive experience in trial-oriented, complex commercial litigation, and has substantial trial experience in the state and federal courts of California. As an HSF alum, Mr. Molina understands the crucial role scholarships play in enabling students to obtain a higher education. He is committed to mentoring students in order to inspire them to achieve their academic and career goals. Mr. Molina joined the HSF Advisory Board in 2013 to give back to an organization that helped him achieve his goals.
