HSF/Procter & Gamble Scholarship Program

Description

The Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) and the Procter & Gamble Company have partnered to provide financial resources to assist outstanding Latino undergraduates pursuing degrees in the fields of STEM, business, information technology. The award amount is $2,500 to be disbursed in Fall 2014.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Be of Hispanic heritage 
  • Be a U.S. Citizen or a legal permanent resident with a permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551 (no expired) or be granted Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)
  • Have a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
  • Must major in a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) field or one of the following majors: Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Graphic Arts/Design, Human Resources Management, Information Technology (IT/MIS), Management, Marketing, Public Relations.
  • Have plans to enroll FULL-TIME as an undergraduate in a degree seeking program at a four-year U.S. accredited institution in the U.S., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Guam during the 2014-2015 academic year
  • Preference given to Pell-eligible students
  • Must apply for federal financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). DACA applicants must submit household income information.
