The Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) and Wells Fargo have partnered to provide financial resources to assist outstanding Latino students.
This scholarship is open to students transferring from a two-year institution (community or junior college) to a four-year institution and freshman students attending a four-year institution.
The award amounts range from $1,000 to $5,000.
Be of Hispanic heritage
Be a U.S. Citizen or a legal permanent resident with permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551 (not expired) or be granted Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).
Be an under graduate freshman during the 2014-2015 academic year, enrolled full-time in a degree-seeking program at an U.S. accredited institution in the U.S., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or Guam
OR be transferring from a two-year institution (community or junior college) to a four-year institution during the 2014-2015 academic year
Have a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale
Must apply for federal financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). DACA applicants must submit household income information.
Must provide financial aid award letters for the 2014-2015 academic year from your institution when available
