The Dean’s List

Donors who contribute $1,000 and above play an essential role in making HSF’s work possible and build a nationwide network of people who share a deep commitment to Hispanic higher education.

Dean’s List members are offered:

  • private briefings on HSF’s activities
  • invitations to exclusive events
  • opportunities to interact with our scholars
  • special listing in HSF publications

Examples of what a gift at this level can make possible:

$1,000 Can cover the cost of a student’s textbooks, school supplies and fees.
$3,000 Can sponsor a one-year scholarship for one student attending a four-year university or two students attending community colleges.Ask about our Student Sponsorship Program.
$5,000 Can fund the relationship-building and planning work to build a partnership with a local school district and deliver a major outreach initiative to the district’s Hispanic families.
  The Regents

Donors of $10,000 and more join a critical circle of philanthropists who demonstrate extraordinary
leadership in advancing Hispanic education. 

The Regents are offered:

  • the opportunity to name a scholarship
  • private briefings with HSF’s senior leadership
  • invitations to exclusive events
  • special posting privileges in HSF’s job board
  • opportunities to interact with our scholars
  • introduction to our national Board of Directors
  • special listing in HSF print and internet publications

Examples of what a gift at this level can make possible:

$10,000 Can fund an HSF Scholar Chapter* for a semester. (*On-campus student group run by an HSF-trained and supervised student employee which connects Hispanic students to existing resources and delivers academic support workshops, careerexploration and networking activities on an on-going basis.)
$25,000 Can provide full HSF scholarships for seven students.  With a gift at this level, HSF offers the donor the option to personalize their own scholarship program towards a particular city, school, or major.
