Program Description
The HSF/Staples Scholarship Program is a $2,500 scholarship awarded for the 2012-2013 academic year. The scholarship is designed to provide financial resources to outstanding Hispanic junior, senior and graduate master's students. Scholarships are available on a competitive basis with a potential internship opportunity at Staples.

Eligibility Requirements
- Be of Hispanic heritage
- Be a U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident, or eligible non-U.S. citizen
- Have a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Have plans to enroll FULL-TIME at a four year U.S. accredited institution in the U.S., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or Guam during the 2012-2013 academic year
- Must be a junior or senior at a four year institution, or a graduate student in a Masters Degree program, in the 2012-2013 academic year
- Must be majoring in Accounting, Advertising, Business Administration (includes Actuarial Science, International Business, Office Administration), Economics, Finance, Hospitality Administration, Human Resource Management, Management (includes Non-Profit Management, Supply Chain Management), Marketing, Public Policy & Management (includes Public Administration), Public Relations
- Preference will be given to dependents of Staples employees
- Must apply for federal financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
