Take Note
Ph.D. Project
The PhD Project’s mission is to increase the diversity of corporate America by increasing the diversity of business school faculty. They attract Hispanic Americans, African Americans, and Native Americans to business Ph.D. programs and provide a network of peer support on their journey to becoming professors. For more information on how you can benefit from this opportunity visit www.phdproject.org.
Enhancing Diversity in Graduate Education
Enhancing Diversity in Graduate Education in the Social, Behavioral and Economic Sciences (EDGE-SBE) is one of a number of programs funded by the National Science Foundation aimed at increasing the number of underrepresented minorities in the social, behavioral and economic sciences, who enter and complete Ph.D. programs and continue to academic jobs.
EDGE-SBE is a collaboration between Stanford University, the University of Southern California, the University of Texas at Austin and Texas A & M University. At Stanford, EDGE-SBE is a broadly interdisciplinary program that offers fellowships, funding opportunities and mentoring. Click here for more information.
