The General HSF Scholarship has closed but you can still apply for other HSF scholarships! To apply you must be a U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident, or DACA student. You need a minimum of 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale. You must plan to enroll as a full-time student for the 2014-2015 academic year, apply for FAFSA, be pursing your first undergraduate degree or graduate degree, and upload a headshot of yourself for your profile.
The deadline to apply for these scholarships vary but most of the deadlines are during the spring semester starting in January. A few upcoming deadlines are for the GOYA Scholarship Program, the HSF/Wells Fargo Scholarship, and the HSF/Procter & Gamble Scholarship Program due January 20th among many other scholarships. To apply, your profile information, three essays, recommendation, and any required documents must be submitted by the deadline. Make sure to check our websites scholarship page for more opportunities and deadlines.
If you are a high school senior with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale, the Gates Millennium Scholarship is still open. The application consists of 3 interdependent components: Nominee Personal Information Form (you, the applicant completes); Nominator Form (educator’s evaluation); and Recommender Form (evaluation of leadership activities and community service). The deadline to apply for the scholarship is January 15th. Make sure to begin your application soon!
